At Candles By Ava, your sanctuary is our priority. We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order (Name, Email, Shipping Address) via PayPal. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your payment information is processed securely by PayPal and never stored on our local servers.

2. Intellectual Property

All "Art You Can Light" creations, including unique scent names, artisan descriptions, and studio photography, are the exclusive property of Candles By Ava. Unauthorized use of these assets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing our hand-poured masterpieces, you acknowledge the inherent risks of open flames. Candles By Ava is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper candle use, including failure to follow the Artisan Candle Care Guide. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from your studio purchase shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Metro Detroit, MI.

Allow the melt pool to reach the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling.

Trim the Wick

Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every lighting for a clean flame.
